- 操作策略
- 受测物放置余滚筒落下试验机中。设定欲测试之次数后开始运转。本机将会使受测物依照惯性落于机器底座随机位置。
- 选择本机滚筒转动的速度，使受测物落于试验机底座中央。所有数值设定皆可依照需求调整。
- 本滚筒落下试验机符合欧盟机械指令89/392、其修订指令91/368, 93/44及93/68之标准。

- 操作策略
- 将待测试的物品放置在机器的吸力板上，并以在3.45-6.25m区间的选取秒速或600-2000mm高度落下。
- 落盘引导测试物品以正确角度掉落至底部。在我们的落下试验机上，另可附加一个高速相机，在受测物撞击机器底座时，用以确认坠落过程中的各种细节。
- 本落下试验机符合欧盟机械指令89/392、其修订指令91/368, 93/44及93/68之标准。

Drop Tester DT3000s with optional high-speed camera
- High-class drop testing
- Heinä's Drop Tester is used to test the breakage of various small items and components.
- Operating principles
- The item to be tested is attached to the suction pads of the machine and dropped from height of 600-3000 mm.
- The dropping tray guides the item down towards the base in a right angle. With our Drop Tester you can also attach a high frequency video camera to the equipment in order to verify what actually happens, when the tested item hits the base of the machine.
- The Drop Tester is conformable to the European Machine Directive 89/392 and its amendments 91/368, 93/44 and 93/68.

Restrictions
Abrasion Tumbler 640/3i must not be used to test explosive objects or such objects which at breaking release hazardous gases that may cause a health risk to the user or the surroundings.

- Heinä耐磨试验机用来测试电子产品对于小分子，如灰尘、纺织尘、细砂之磨损度。
- 操作策略
- 受测物放置于滚筒中三处测试架中，滚筒与测试架中包覆丹宁布与细直条丹宁布，作为测试磨损度之标准材料。依照使用者的需求，也可使用其他不同材料测试齐磨损度。
- 三个测试架分别被防尘隔板隔开。前后滚筒皆以透明聚碳酸脂制成。滚筒之转动速度可设定范围为10-30 rpm。测试时间以可程序计数器设定。
